Heath and Reach Parish Council consists of 9 Councillors and a Clerk. The are 2 ex-officio members from the District and County Councils. The parish council employs two people the Clerk to the Parish Council and the Cemetery Clerk. These are part-time positions. So the Clerk can only spend a certain amount of time per week on Council affairs. The Clerk is the main contact for the Parish Council and should be contacted in all cases and matters to do with the Parish Council and the village.
